‘We went to the Collingwood Children’s Farm’
As part of the ‘Dynamic Communities Grow’ project supported by the Bank of Melbourne, the Farm partnered with Kids Own Publishing and local artist Ciara Denham to run ‘Chook Books’
Children who visited the Farm where able to create their very own published 8-page books using a range of materials including flowers feathers and sticks!
Taking inspiration from the stories and art-works, Ciara developed our very own book! Launched at our 40th Birthday by Costa Georgiadis (Gardening Australia), this treasure of a book is filled to the brim with beautifully illustrations of the animals here on the Farm.
