Bequest Guide

If you are considering leaving a bequest to Collingwood Children’s Farm the following wording is a guide.

I GIVE AND BEQUEATH to Collingwood Children’s Farm Inc. 18 St Heliers St, Abbotsford, in the State of Victoria, Australia (free of all taxes and other deductions) the sum of $…………………….. to be used for the general purposes of Collingwood Children’s Farm Inc and the receipt of the Secretary or other proper officer of the said fund shall be sufficient discharge to my Trustee.

By the Wills Act, all Wills and Codicils must be in writing, signed by the Testator, and attested by two witnesses in the presence of the Testator and of each other.
