Booking date will be held at time of purchase.
The basic package does not include the cost of entry for you or your guests. Tickets are available as an add-on to your order and may be purchased independently—either on our website, or in person on the day of your party.
Please include all desired add-ons at the time of booking.
Unfortunately we cannot accept payment over the phone.

You may request a change of date up to 7 days prior to the event without penalty.

Cancellations up to 14 days prior to the event receive a full refund, less booking fees.
Cancellations within 14 days of the event incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Add-ons may be cancelled independently of the primary booking.

To effect a cancellation, click the “Manage Booking” link in your confirmation email.

Tickets purchased as add-ons that remain unused on the day of your event may be converted to regular Daily Farm Entry tickets upon request. Please note that this may not be possible for requests received on subsequent days.

We reserve the right to postpone or cancel bookings due to adverse weather, staffing and resourcing issues or other extenuating circumstances, up to 24 hours in advance.
If we cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund, less booking fees.

Collingwood Children's Farm is an outdoor venue; please plan your visit accordingly and ensure guests wear weather-appropriate clothing.
To ensure the wellbeing of our beloved animals,

If temperatures reach 30°C, private Meet the Guinea Pigs sessions are cancelled.
If temperatures reach 35°C animal activities are cancelled farm-wide, including private Meet the Guinea Pigs and Meet a Pony sessions.

If we have to cancel your Meet the Guinea Pigs or Meet a Pony session due to inclement weather, you will receive a refund for these portions of your booking.
There are no refunds to marquee bookings due to inclement weather and we are unable to offer alternative undercover spaces for parties. The Barn is a public space open to all guests and is not available for private parties.

Consumption of alcohol is not permitted on the Farm. Please bring only non-alcoholic drinks and no glass.
Other tables and chairs at the Farm are not for hire or use for birthday parties.
To protect our animals and grounds, please don’t bring balloons, streamers, piñatas, poppers or sports balls.
We are a working farm. All attending children are the responsibility of the client and must be adequately supervised at all times.
Hosts and guests are welcome to remain on Farm grounds until we close to the public, but must vacate the marquee by 2:00 pm.

For health reasons, children under the age of two may not receive face paint.
Children must be able to sit unassisted in the artist's chair (unless due to a physical disability).
If a child does not consent to getting their face painted, or appears to be distressed, they will not be painted.
No child or adult with a known allergy to face paint, visible signs of a contagious illness (runny nose, cough etc.) or contagious skin condition will be painted.

To ensure your own safety and that of your guests, and for the wellbeing of our beloved animals, we ask that visitors:
Closely follow all instructions given by farm staff.

Pay close attention to children and infants in the vicinity of animals.
Do not feed any of our animals. Doing so can harm their health and encourage antisocial behaviour.

While all care and duty is taken to ensure the animals are trained and well-suited for the activity, by participating you acknowledge the inherent risk of interacting with an animal including but not limited to any injuries or allergic reactions sustained by close interaction.
Meet the Guinea Pigs and Meet a Pony sessions are fixed at 11:30 am and 1:00 pm respectively. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate scheduling requests.
